Wikipedia Knowledge Map
Ingo Straub has created this unique HTML5 canvas demo – a knowledge map graph which shows relations between different Wikipedia articles.

Knowledge is power
Type your search query in to the box on the right to see the knowledge map of your favourite subject. Overlaying the knowledge map are div elements containing the related article titles allowing you to read more information about the related subjects.

Wow!
I would love to see this product commercialized for enterprise customers. It would definitely help locate and cross-reference hundreds of documents posted on internal websites.
I find that a search engine listing is really becoming useless. It’s better to see visually how the documents inter-relate between departmental groups, processee’s, events, etc….
Please post an email to me if such product has been been built.
Thanks – and Great Job!
