JSLander
Jason Brown has created a clone of Atari’s Lunar Lander called JSLander. As the name suggests, the game is developed in JavaScript using the canvas element for rendering the game display, including the text.

A successful landing?
Press Space to start the game; then A to increase the thrust; Z to decrease the thrust and the left and right cursor keys to turn left and right.
Comments from the Author:
To land without crashing your velocity cannot be faster than 6, for a perfect landing your velocity cannot be over 3. Your angle must be between 5 and 0. Once you run out of fuel, your landing days are over.

A bug spotted:
There is 2 platform (1x and 3x) close to each other, but first (1x) is a bit higher. I’m trying to land at 2nd one, but then I get close to 1st, the camera zoom so the 2nd is below the game screen lower bound, so I have to land blindly. But then I get to the screen lower bound, the game just stops, even fuel stops to consume (but there is a flame under the ship, but “frozen”).

In Firefox, the entire browser contents scroll vertically when you use up or down arrows to alter thrust.
