Flashy Tetris

Bruno Garcia has created a canvas version of everyone’s favourite Russian puzzle game, Tetris.

The game uses a haXe scene graph engine called Easel that easily allows for rich animation and flashy effects.

Nicely done and smooth. The biggest problem in terms of playability is the lack of a pause between a piece being set and the next piece coming out. This renders some common plays near impossible and on multiple occasions caused me to rush a piece to the bottom that I hadn’t intended on pushing.
