Pixastic
Pixastic is a JavaScript library which allows you to perform a variety of operations, filters and fancy effects on images. The Pixastic website also contains an experimental online photo editor that incorporates some of the library techniques.
Some of the image manipulation effects the Pixastic library can do include cropping; blending, blurring, flips, sharpen and unsharpen; adding and removing noise; brightness and contrast adjustments; edge detection; sepia; mosaic; invert; and embossing.

As well as supporting the usual canvas supported browser; Pixastic also has limited functionality on Internet Explorer.
